Is there free parking?

Yes. Our Center provides free parking to our clients in a lovely park like environment directly on our property. As a green facility we also have spaces for fuel efficient vehicles as well as bike racks to encourage you to go green. There are ADA approved showers on location if you need to shower before your session from your bike ride.

Should I arrive early for my appointment?

Whether you are a new or returning client, arriving a few minutes ahead of your scheduled time is always advised. As a Green center, if you are a new client, when you schedule your appointment we will email you an information form to fill out, electronically sign and email back to us. This helps us to operate as paper free as possible. If you do not have an email address please arrive about 10 – 15 minutes early to fill out an information form on our computer. The form will have questions regarding your health. You and your therapist will discuss your medical history, current ailments or chronic pain, if any, and your treatment goals.

Will I be covered during the massage?

Yes, our highly trained massage therapists are professional and will give you time alone in the room to undress. It is recommended that all clothing be removed; however undress to your comfort level and get under the covers on the massage table.

How often should I schedule massage therapy?

If you are using massage to relax or treat stress, schedule as often as you like or as needed. If you are using massage to relieve chronic pain you will see the best results if you schedule once a week for 5 consecutive weeks. We can then reevaluate your specific needs.

Will insurance cover massage?

Some insurance plans do cover massage therapy. We will be happy to provide you with receipts & procedure codes for your sessions so that you may submit them to your insurance provider. We do not currently bill insurance directly.
